"Maryborough's Entertainment Destination" Built in 1878 this magnificent hotel is one of only four 3-storey buildings in Maryborough. Majestically overlooking the famous Mary River and the Mary River Parklands. The "CRI" as it is well known to our locals is renowned as the entertainment hot spot of Maryborough. Located in the famous historic Wharf Street in the prestigious Portside Precinct. The hotel consists of the Parkview Bar and courtyard, a large beer garden with a smoking area. The hotel also houses the only nightclub in town with two floors consisting of three bars, pool tables, great dance floor and stage, as well as an elevated DJ station with a great sound system; the club has a capacity of over 400 people and provides nonstop entertainment from 9pm till 3am every Friday and Saturday night. The CRI is also the best band venue in Maryborough, with live bands from 10pm every Saturday night.

"The PO's the GO!" The Post Office Hotel was built in 1889 and has been restored to glorious condition. It is considered to be a significant historical property by the local council. The hotel has 20 accommodation rooms all in operation; many have undergone refurbishment over the past few years. The bar is one of the most popular in Maryborough with pokies, keno, espresso coffee and of course, a great friendly team of staff. The hotel is renowned for its fantastic home cooked counter meals. The PO also has the best Poker Room on the Fraser Coast with over $2,000 in cash given to players every week. Games are on every night of the week and it's free to play! There have been extensive improvements to the hotel since 2005 under the ownership of Clay and Katie Clayton. The Post Office Hotel is fondly known as the P.O and it is arguably the "Best Pub in Town!".
